New York Times has unveiled its ‘52 places to visit in 2024’ list with only two Caribbean destinations making the cut – Dominica and Grenada.
Placed as number 11 on the travel list, Dominica was highlighted in the article for its volcanoes, rainforests, waterfalls, and hot springs.
Dominica which is also known the Nature Island, was also described in the article as a playground for eco adventurers, especially for persons who enjoy hiking.
The article also highlights the soon-to-be cable car line that will take visitors to even higher heights to view Dominica’s beauty.
Meanwhile, Grenada, nicknamed the Spice Isle, was listed as number 45 on the New York Times’ places to visit in 2024. The article highlighted the ease of travel with the promise of more flights to the Caribbean island known for its white sands and underwater art.
